Salary: SGD 3,500 – 5,000 / month
Handle business travel reservations and enquiries for corporate clients at a Japanese corporate travel agency in central Singapore, using GDS platforms. You will plan detailed itineraries, advise on travel arrangements, and build lasting client relationships including account management. Occasional after-hours support is required, with an additional allowance, alongside AWS, a variable bonus and 14 days of annual leave.
Responsibilities
- Handle business travel reservations and enquiries using GDS
- Plan detailed itineraries and advise on travel arrangements
- Build and maintain client relationships including account management
- Input travel data into reservation and mid-office systems accurately
- Provide occasional after-hours customer support
Requirements
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (no work pass sponsorship)
- Conversational Japanese
- Business-level English, spoken and written
- 3+ years as a corporate travel consultant including GDS ticketing
- Strong customer service mindset and professional communication
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
