Salary: MYR 19,000 – 20,000 / month (negotiable)
Take overall responsibility for an electronic device manufacturing operation in Penang, covering production planning, manpower allocation, capacity planning and workflow optimisation. You will set and monitor production targets and KPIs for quality, safety and productivity, drive continuous improvement, and lead supervisors, engineers and operators. The role also coordinates closely with engineering, QA, procurement and logistics, and may extend to the mechanical parts division.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall electronic device manufacturing operations
- Manage production planning, manpower and capacity
- Set and monitor production targets and KPIs

- Lead and develop supervisors, engineers and operators
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, procurement and logistics
Requirements
- Business-level Japanese and English
- 10+ years in electronic device manufacturing
- 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes
- Experience in production operations and manpower planning
- Strong leadership and people management skills
