Salary: SGD 6,000 – 10,000 / month (negotiable)
Lead the Singapore operation of a Japanese logistics group, taking full P&L responsibility while managing both sales and corporate functions. You will set business and sales strategy for logistics services, coordinate across multiple departments, and report progress to the Japan head office and overseas offices. The role also drives digitalisation and process improvement, and work pass sponsorship is available where needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales and corporate functions in Singapore
- Develop and execute business and sales strategy
- Own full P&L including budgeting and financial planning
- Lead and coordinate multiple departments
- Coordinate with the Japan head office and overseas offices
- Drive digitalisation and process improvement
Requirements
- Business-level Japanese
- 9+ years in logistics or freight forwarding
- Management experience across sales and corporate functions
- Regional experience in Singapore, SEA or other overseas markets
- Knowledge of IT systems, DX or business process improvement
- Strong leadership, decision-making and execution skills
