Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1–N2) required (Sales activity with Japanese client companies, including negotiation with their Japanese-speaking management.)
Major Japanese logistics company · Kuala Lumpur & Selangor
Salary: RM 10,000-12,000 / month, plus RM 1,000 housing allowance
Sell international logistics services to Japanese client companies across the Klang Valley, covering existing accounts, new business, quotations and issue resolution. English is used daily with local colleagues and customer-side operational staff, while client management is often Japanese-speaking. A housing allowance and a company car are provided.
Responsibilities
- Follow up existing accounts and build relationships
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Handle customer complaints
- Develop new business and new customers
- Coordinate with local internal staff
- Communicate with customers in English
Requirements
- Business-level Japanese
- Business-level English (TOEIC around 700 as a guide)
- 3+ years in international logistics or freight forwarding (sales experience not required)
