Lead a data governance programme for a bank's risk management department, working through a Japanese consulting firm in central Singapore. You will run key data element identification, end-user computing inventory and criticality assessment, data aggregation analysis and data lineage implementation, while defining scope, milestones and governance structure. The role works across Risk, Data Management, Finance, IT and Compliance, with reporting to senior executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the data governance programme for the risk management function
- Run key data element identification and end-user computing inventory assessment
- Analyse data aggregation processes and implement data lineage
- Define scope, milestones, governance structure and delivery plans
- Coordinate across Risk, Data Management, Finance, IT and Compliance
Requirements
- Business-level Japanese and English
- 10+ years of project management in banking or financial services
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working in a consulting firm
- Strong stakeholder and team management across business and IT
- Excellent documentation and executive reporting skills
