Salary: SGD 4,000 – 4,100 / month
Support Japanese expatriates and their families through the residential leasing process at a Japanese real estate agency in Singapore, from property viewings to tenancy agreements and move-out. You will be the main point of contact for Japanese clients — largely over WhatsApp — and coordinate with the HR teams of Japanese corporations on employee move-ins. A company vehicle is provided for viewings, and a valid CEA salesperson licence is required.
Responsibilities
- Support Japanese expatriates and families in finding homes
- Conduct property viewings using a company vehicle
- Prepare tenancy agreements and termination notices
- Advise clients through leasing and move-out
- Act as the main contact for Japanese clients via WhatsApp
- Coordinate move-ins with corporate HR teams
Requirements
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (no work pass sponsorship)
- Business-level Japanese
- Valid CEA salesperson licence
- Experience in real estate or property-related services
- Able to work weekends when needed
- Customer-focused with strong time management
