Japanese group treasury and finance company · Singapore (Central)
Salary: SGD 7,500 – 8,500 / month
Lead regional financial reporting and treasury for a Japanese group's finance company in central Singapore, covering consolidated statements across subsidiaries under IFRS, local statutory requirements and Japan GAAP alignment. You will centralise cash positions, oversee intercompany funding and transfer pricing documentation, and drive improvements across finance and treasury processes. CPA qualification and eight years of relevant experience are required, with opportunities for overseas business travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and review of regional financial statements
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP and local statutory requirements
- Enhance liquidity management and centralise cash positions
- Oversee intercompany funding and transfer pricing documentation
- Identify tax risks and maintain audit readiness
- Streamline finance, treasury and reporting processes
Requirements
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (no work pass sponsorship)
- Business-level Japanese
- CPA qualified with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Multi-entity regional or group financial reporting experience
- Experience with international banks and treasury platforms
- Familiarity with SAP, SAC or comparable ERP platforms
