Japanese logistics and relocation provider · Singapore (Central)
Salary: SGD 3,800 – 4,200 / month
Handle day-to-day customer service for a Japanese logistics and relocation provider in central Singapore, responding to inbound enquiries, requests and feedback by phone and email. You will work closely with the overseas relocation team to keep service standards high for Japanese clients. The role runs Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday mornings, and flexible hours and telecommuting are available.

Requirements
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (no work pass sponsorship)
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 preferred)
- Diploma or degree, preferably in logistics or supply chain
- 2+ years of sales experience in relocation services or logistics
- Proven new business sales track record with strong negotiation skills
- Able to work alternate Saturday mornings
