Salary: SGD 8,000 – 11,000 / month
Support the project manager on infrastructure upgrade projects in a bank IT environment, working through a Japanese consulting firm in Singapore. You will maintain project plans, schedules, dashboards and status reporting, track budgets, resource allocation and timesheets, and support governance activities such as steering committee meetings and audit readiness. There are two work locations in Singapore, which change as the project progresses.
Responsibilities
- Support the project manager in planning and tracking activities
- Maintain project plans, schedules, dashboards and status reports
- Monitor timelines, deliverables and dependencies, escalating risks
- Track project budgets, resource allocation and timesheets
- Support steering committee meetings, reviews and audit readiness
- Manage the documentation repository and version control
Requirements
- Business-level Japanese
- 5+ years of project management in a bank IT environment
- Bachelor's degree
- End-to-end infrastructure upgrade project experience
- Strong Waterfall project management experience
- Solid stakeholder and team management skills
