Salary: SGD 8,000 – 10,500 / month
Support the project manager on a reconciliation system implementation for a banking client, covering multiple country streams, through a Japanese consulting firm. You will own business user task activities — migration plans, UAT plans and evaluation, BCP drill plans — and maintain project schedules, progress dashboards and status reporting. This is a yearly renewable contract role, with two work locations in Singapore that change as the project progresses.
Responsibilities
- Support the project manager across multiple country streams
- Lead and document business user task activities
- Prepare migration, UAT and BCP plans and evaluations
- Maintain project plans, schedules, dashboards and status reports
- Track timelines, dependencies and risks, and escalate delays
- Update business procedures to reflect new system functions
Requirements
- Eligible to work in Singapore (Citizens, PRs, or able to obtain a work pass)
- Business-level Japanese and English
- 3+ years of PMO or business support experience
- Strong UAT experience covering planning, execution and reporting
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
