Salary: SGD 8,000 – 11,000 / month
Support business and technology transformation projects for a Japanese consulting firm in central Singapore, from requirements gathering and Fit-Gap analysis through to testing and implementation. You will work across business, operations and technology teams, preparing process maps, business requirements and governance materials, and engaging stakeholders directly. Banking and financial services project experience is an advantage, and work pass sponsorship is available where needed.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and analyse business processes
- Support Fit-Gap analysis, process design and testing
- Prepare process maps, requirements and status reports
- Engage stakeholders and run requirements workshops
- Track project risks, issues and dependencies
- Support proposals, RFP responses and client research
Requirements
- Business-level Japanese and English
- 3+ years in consulting or transformation roles
- Bachelor's degree
- Business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
